Hukhta Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription to any of the paid plans at any time. To cancel a subscription, users must log into their account on the dashboard at https://app.hukhta.com and follow the steps to cancel.

2. Refund Requests

• Free Plan: Since the use of the free plan does not involve payment, refunds are not applicable.
• Paid Plans: Users may request a full refund within 30 days of payment if they are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, users must send an email to support@hukhta.com including the following information:

• Transaction details (order number, payment amount)
• Reason for the refund request
• Login and email address associated with the Hukhta.com account

4. Refund Review

Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days. If the request is approved, funds will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of admin hukhta.com. In cases not covered by this policy, the terms and conditions specified in our Terms of Service apply.
